February 21st Community Health Care, Inc. held its 1st Annual “Jazz It Up!” dinner & silent auction, to support the quality primary health and dental care we provide to the Quad City area.

Guests enjoyed cocktails and appetizers as they bid on fantastic prizes. Wonderful jazz sounds were provided by the Edgar Crockett Quartet throughout the evening.

This event will assist Community Health Care, Inc. as it continues to work to ensure all Quad Citians have access to quality affordable health care. Federal data suggests 52,000 patients in our service area are categorized as underserved. CHC served approximately 31,000 in 2008. CHC will provide more than $2.5 million dollars of charity care in 2009 ensuring access to every age, every income, everyone. Funds from Jazz It Up! will support Community Health Care, Inc. in providing primary medical and dental care.

Event sponsors included Henry Schein and Davenport Printing Company. Table sponsors included Braren, Mulder, German, a local Fund Development Company, Group O, Riverboat Development Authority, Aids Project Quad Cities, Trinity Regional Health Systems, Hanson Watson, a local advertising agency and Nelson Chiropractic along with American Bank.
