Community Health Care (CHC) provides pharmacy services to all established CHC patients.  The CHC Pharmacy is located within the River Drive Clinic located at 500 W. River Drive in Davenport, IA. As with the medical and dental services, the pharmacy offers a sliding fee scale to those who qualify. Our Iowa licensed pharmacy includes 2 resident pharmacist and 5 pharmacy technicians on staff to fill your prescriptions.

CHC has a Pharmacy Resource Specialist on staff to assist established patients in the enrollment process for different Patient Assistance Programs (PAP). The PAP provides certain medications at a low cost to established CHC patients who meet specific guidelines.

Our pharmacy accepts a wide variety of prescription drug coverage plans including various private insurances, most Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plans and both Iowa and Illinois Medicaid.
